Return Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you’ve received your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) needs to be faulty or damaged upon arrival. The faulty or damaged item then has to be returned unused and in the same condition you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging and have all original tags still attached. Kindly be aware that if you received a complimentary item as part of a special offer and decide to return a portion of your order, the complimentary item must also be returned to qualify for a refund.

Returns 
For customers located in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, we are pleased to offer FREE RETURNS for exchanges/store credit refunds. Unfortunately, for our other customers, we are unable to offer free returns at this time. However, we will still assist you to ensure the process goes smoothly. 

If you are returning an item from outside the EU, please ensure that the package is clearly marked as 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid any customs charges. Unsolved Problems is NOT responsible for any customs charges incurred or any lost packages during returns.

Exchanges
Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges unless requirements are met to be eligible for an exchange. The requirements are stated within our Return Policy.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. When approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 working days.
